The properties are situated in Hepworth in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley. Uppergate Barn, Uppergate Farmhouse and the four farm cottages offer outstanding accommodation in historic and peaceful surroundings.

You are welcome to stay in our listed 17th century farmhouse located on the edge of our Yorkshire hill farm. We have three en-suite bedrooms and a guests' lounge or you may wish to self cater in a wing of the farmhouse or in the superb Uppergate barn conversion or in one of the farm cottages: Grove, Bray, Orchard or The Mistal.

We have recently completed the renovation of Uppergate Barn, a highly acclaimed conversion of a 320 year old, listed barn into a spacious 4 bedroom house, sleeping up to 10 persons. The barn has been awarded 5 stars along with a gold award by the English Tourist Council - the highest accolade.

All the properties are suitable as holiday, visitor or business accommodation. Telephone, internet and e-mail facilities are available as is flexibility over the length and period of stay.

Children are welcome to help on the farm with the sheep, horses, cows, pigs, chickens and other animals in the nearby fields. We are non-smoking throughout and sorry, no pets

A superb 12.5m swimming pool with sauna and steam room is available for guests to use.

We have indoor and outdoor play and picnic areas near the cottages, on the edge of the farm.
